Dads V Lads

This is something that Slyne FC do every year. It's like a pre season friendly but not with teams out of our league. This will be held in the near future. You don't have to come along and support, you just need to give support to all the lads. WE CAN BEAT THEM!! They're old and we're youthful. So come on Slyne FC.

JUST IN!!!

We are very proud to announce that we have signed a new player on to our team. He's called Stuart and he's all right on his day. Slyne FC found this gem when they were touring Spain. He is originally from Pakistan but is now living in England and has been for the past 8 years. He is at the tender age of 15, is about 4ft 9'' but don't let that put you off because he has one cool finish!! Lets hope he brings us some good look and the Spanish weather!!

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. THE LAST 5 GAMES IN A ROW HAVE NOW BEEN CALLED OFF BECAUSE OF THE BAD WEATHER THAT THIS COUNTRY GETS. BUT IT CAN ONLY GET BETTER AS THIS WEEK WE ARE, MAYBE, GOING TO PLAY THE CUP AND SLYNE FC ARE GOING TO WIN OF COURSE. WISH US LUCK!!!(IF WE PLAY)

The Cup

The Cup

This week Slyne FC play in the cup hoping to go through to the next round. We have a beatable team waiting for us. The down side is there are two legs to it and we are not the best team when we are away. So far we have played 5 away and out of that Slyne FC have won 1 drawn 2 lost 3, so wish us good luck!!

Slyne With Hest FC

Slyne FC

This is what football is all about. A league in which any team can beat any team but last year Slyne FC came out on top, again.

Slyne FC has an adults team, an under 16's team and Slyne FC are trying to get an under 12's team together. I'm in the very successful Slyne FC under 16's team. We may be the younger team but so far after 11 games we are through to the 3rd round of the cup and are top of the division by 4 points.

You can tell weather or not a football team is good or not by the last couple of seasons. We haven't finished top every season but we have been very close. Over the last 3 seasons 2 of your players have been scouted. One to Blackburn FC and one to Wigan Athletic. Since this has happened Slyne FC has repeatedly been bringing up top quality players, and we want to bring even more into this fantastic club.
